Summers are here and everybody should be drinking lots of water but if you are like me who can’t seem to drink enough water this post is for you. Today I am sharing 3 quick & refreshing detox water recipes that are super simple to make and everybody is gonna love it. This water not only helps in increasing water intake but you also get additional benefits of the stuff you put in it.

Cucumber Detox water

Ingredients:

  • Cucumber 4-5 slices
  • Mint leaves 8-10
  • Fresh Fennel (optional)

Health Benefits

  • Not only mint increases the level of freshness in anything but also it’s also good for digestion.
  • Cucumbers are low in calories but high in many important vitamins and minerals.

Apple Clove Detox water

Ingredients:

  • Apple slices 4-5
  • Clove 3-4

Health Benefits

  • We all have heard that “An apple a day keeps the doctor away”
  • Cloves apart from adding rich strong flavor to water also contain many vitamins and minerals.

Mango Detox water

Ingredients:

  • Mango pieces 8-10
  • Mint leaves 8-10
  • Crushed ginger 1/2 inch

Health Benefits

  • Mango is good for gut health and helps in lowering cholesterol.
  • Ginger has great anti-inflammatory properties and can settle an upset stomach.

For all detox water recipes mix all the ingredients in a bottle full of water. Refrigerate overnight and sip through the day. You can refill the water once it’s over.
